What Is The Small Death?
Regardless of how one travels their life path, all will confront the inevitable fear that someday we will confront our death.
People that intentionally follow a path of enlightenment or self-realization in many respects confront this belief of Death very directly, thus with great uncertainty around what happens afterwards.
All religions have addressed this life after death in their own way whether of a place of heaven or reincarnation etc. as a way to try to appease these fears.
Yet in my noticing of this question of death being played out in the consciousness of humanity, the diversity of the many beliefs has served little in a dualistic mindset as an appeasement.
The question has now become which belief is the correct one? To me the answer to that question is still as diverse as what occurs after a death of the small self is based upon the held belief of an individual consciousness.
In truth the answer is not all that helpful because it does more to serve the fear as opposed to understanding what is the ultimate Truth.
The small death or dissolution of the small self has been a recycled experience of human consciousness that has been held as the result of fear that has arisen from unworthiness playing out as self-doubt.
Humanity has forgotten the very essence of its True Nature that regardless of any belief this Nature is unwavering, impenetrable by any belief.
We are always Whole and One as a state of pure consciousness moving as an awareness always Loving more.
Small deaths are only a falsehood playing repeatedly out as a held perception of a self that is limited.
Yet our Natural essence always prevails as a continual state of always expressing in fresh and new ways.
This Eternal Nature understands death or life after death as nothing different than what it has always moved as, which is the Self always creating in fresh and new ways as its thankful celebration of its natural ways.
When we become too focused on just an individual moment of our eternal existence we wind up confining ourself to a separated moment in time and space that will know only fear of becoming less.
A creative act that places us in a conflicting experience that is pitted against our natural way, separation, thus unworthiness moving as fear becomes the chosen experience.
We as an individual that has sought to gain appeasement in a question of the concerns of a life after death has inadvertently bound ourselves to a specific state of experience and stopped noticing our eternal flow occurring.
What happens is we allowed our vision of our natural ways to greatly narrow and become very confined in being able to experience the essence of our eternal state of being.
This is why the fear of death can play out very strongly in our opening and allowing of Self.
We have become entrenched as a reality of time and space bound by a rigid belief of outcomes/beginnings and endings.
So please be gentle with ourselves by understanding that death is only a held belief of smallness that really determines nothing, allow ourselves to see what we truly are made of.
Which is an eternal being continually creating out of its Self which fully knows its constant continuation without allowing its Nature to get obscured by separating itself in little moments of illusory time.
In Truth, little deaths do not even cause a ripple in your Wholeness, for you are always a constant, playing out as a chosen experience of self.
Open into the Trust that you are Whole and One and allow this Truth to blossom forth from the perceptions of smallness to reveal You!
With this intention your fears around death will dissolve with the knowing of how you Truly occur and exist as.
Do not let the fearful ramblings of the human mindset draw you away from the constant essence you always are by looking at only endings.
You cannot end anything, nor can you stop yourself from being what you truly are, so notice and allow this more by seeing yourself beyond the seeming.
You were not created from fear; you were created from a great Love of Self/God so move lovingly and do not allow fear to draw you away from your natural state of Love. Thank You!
All My Love
Rob.
